I've been thinking of making a series called Pokemon: America. It would be different compared to other Pokemon animations people have made on NG because it won't be parodying the TV show. It is, of course, set in the Pokemon universe in the "all new" America region.
I drew up a concept of how the characters might look.
Nick is a character based off me. You see, I'm one of those kids who could've gotten his driver's permit a year ago and had his license by now. But I don't. Nick is the same way. He could've gotten his first Pokemon when he was ten but never got around to doing it. He finally gets one on his little sister's 10th birthday, while taking his sis to get her first Pokemon. He chooses a Charmander and calls him Skip.
Talie is a character based on my little sister but younger. She is enthusiastic and happy and quickly becomes best with every Pokemon she meets. She chooses a Piplup and calls him Happy Feet.
John is a talking Alakazam. He is also the smartest Alakazam in the world with an IQ of 10,001. However, he has Asperger's syndrome and obsesses over spoons. He is very friendly but doesn't know when to shut up sometimes.
Well, that's my pitch. If anyone is any bit interested in helping, please leave a comment below. Thanks.

Sounds good, really. I love Pokémon animations. My only critique would be the title. 'America' doesn't seem very suiting, I'd go with something that refers to the show, or actually more the Pokémon theme, more. Like 'United States of Hoen', something like that.
It sounds like a good idea though.
